Terms & Conditions of Sale

Tangy Meltdowns goes to great lengths to source the very best product for our customers. Our reputation depends on it. However we understand on rare occasions this product may not meet expectations.

Products sold on this website are hand made from of natural soy wax, scented oils and a variety of colourings and design elements. As all items are handmade, dependent on the melts created, some items may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.tangymeltdowns.com.au . 

By making a final purchase at checkout, customers are automatically accepting these terms and conditions and customers are acknowledging there may be variations between images and produced goods.

You can generally expect your melts to last between 4 to 5 continuous burning hours.

If you feel the melts have not lasted for a long enough period, please let us know by calling 0432 623 785 or emailing us direct at team@tangymeltdowns.com.au .

Please note that replacements will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of Tangy Meltdowns.
